Sheppard Volkswagen has an immediate need for an ASE Certified Technician to join our current professional team of Technicians.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 2 years' experience as an automotive technician in automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem solving and repair

·         Manufacturer experience preferred

·         Experience with CDK/ADP preferred

·         Have a working knowledge of shop equipment and diagnostic equipment

·         Have a high level of motivation for customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, team building - all with a customer focused attitude

·         Dependable with a strong work ethic

·         Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

·         Full set of tools

·         Valid driver's license

·         Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Automotive Sales Consultant

 

Sheppard Volkswagen is looking for a sales consultant to join their team!

 

The Sales Consultant is responsible for car sales and the initial impression customers have of our dealership.  By their actions, the Sales Consultant greatly affects the dealership's success rate in acquiring new customers and retaining current customers.

 

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

 

·         Sales experience preferred

·         Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate professional behavior

·         The ability to verbalize all basic features and benefits of all vehicle models

·         Acquire and maintain product knowledge

·         Participate in manufacturer's and the dealership's training programs

·         Plan and establish goals with sales management
